High Council Chambers "Participant of CGTrader Awards"

Another project for my friend's upcoming graphic novel. This is meant to be the ruling and judgment area of a large cities ruling body. I wanted to experiment with more monochromatic color schemes and stylized materials. It's not perfect by any stretch, but I'm satisfied with what I did accomplish with it. It also worked as good practice with the lighting ability of Unreal Engine.
